Anyone staying longer than 14 days will need to fill out an application so we can complete a credit check and criminal background check.
We do have 24 hour emergency maintenance. After hour emergency you would call the office to get in contact with our answering service who will contact maintenance. You can also call the office during business hours and maintenance will complete your work order in 24 hours. If you set up a resident portal you can also enter your own work orders on line.
We are a smoke free community.
Parking is open and you can park anywhere that is available.
Renters insurance is a requirement. You would need to have 00,000 liability.
You would need to give us a 60 day notice and a lease break penalty of 000.00
